Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in Monotdissu Diplomatic English Academy ("Academy," "we," "our," or "us") programs or using our services, you ("Student," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms of Service. These terms establish a professional relationship based on mutual respect and diplomatic standards.

We provide specialized diplomatic English education including:

- Embassy partnership programs
- Professional development courses
- Online learning platforms
- Certification and assessment services
- Networking and cultural events
Quality Standards
Since 1987, we have maintained excellence in diplomatic education. Our programs are designed to meet international standards and prepare students for professional diplomatic communication.
Student Responsibilities
Academic Conduct
Students must:
- Maintain professional behavior consistent with diplomatic standards
- Complete coursework and assessments honestly and on time
- Respect fellow students, instructors, and embassy partners
- Attend scheduled classes and participate actively
- Protect confidential information shared during programs
- Use Academy resources appropriately and responsibly
Code of Conduct
Students represent the Academy's values and must conduct themselves with dignity, respect, and professionalism. Discrimination, harassment, or behavior that disrupts the learning environment is strictly prohibited.
Payment and Fees
Tuition and Costs
All fees must be paid as outlined in your enrollment agreement. Payment terms, refund policies, and additional costs are clearly specified for each program.
Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Available within 14 days of enrollment for courses not yet started
- Partial Refund: Pro-rated refunds available within first 25% of course duration
- No Refund: After 25% course completion or for completed modules
- Special Circumstances: Medical or emergency situations considered individually
Intellectual Property
All course materials, curricula, and Academy resources remain our intellectual property. Students may use materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
Certificates and Credentials
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of programs. These credentials:
- Represent completion of Academy standards
- Are recognized by our embassy partners
- Require verification for replacement copies
- May be revoked for academic misconduct
Privacy and Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality standards. Student information is protected according to our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws. Embassy partnerships may involve information sharing with explicit student consent.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, the Academy's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not responsible for career outcomes, visa applications, or diplomatic appointments, though we provide excellent preparation for such opportunities.
Termination
Student Withdrawal
Students may withdraw with written notice. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
Academy Termination
We reserve the right to terminate enrollment for violation of these terms, academic misconduct, or behavior inconsistent with diplomatic standards.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns. Formal disputes will be handled through mediation and, if necessary, under Australian law in Perth, Western Australia.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Students will be notified of significant changes with reasonable advance notice.
